Review: The Skin Regime and 1-4-All Peel #theskinregime

Dear Readers:

I received a really fun combo book and peel from The Skin Regime and it is Awesome!! The book is a light hearted fun to read romp that includes higher end beauty products and how unnecessary they are in order to have great skin.It teaches you how easy it is to use this peel (and how it can be used by anyone)and what we really need to keep our skin nice. (You will be surprised, it is cheaper than you think)

You can read the first chapter of the book Here.

Ok, now that you have read it, you see how easy it is to maintain your skin, and how inexpensive it shoud be, and can be. Now I can tell you about this peel!

As part of this review, I tried out the 1-4-All Peel and it was great. A fun painless experience. So easy to use.  My skin felt tight, and clear after using and it seems that ( according to Dana), I can make my own beauty products without spending a lot. Which is good, because I tend to like to own a lot of products, and well, that can add up. I have a big beauty closet and lots of products and now I can make my own boot camp to keep my skin beautiful and clear. I plan on making my own products in the future and keeping track of the ingredients that I use on my skin.

So want more info?? Here is the deets on using this wonderful peel:

"The Best-selling Amazon book (The Skin Regime; Boot Camp for Beautiful Skin) features technical advice from a well-known dermatologist. The 1-4-All peel is layerable, mild to strong depending on how many layers are applied.  As for the peel, super easy to use, especially if you follow Dana's directions:

STEP 1: Wash your skin thoroughly with a washcloth, using a mild soap. Rinse thoroughly.

STEP 2: If you have sensitive skin, soak a cotton ball with a mixture of water and rubbing alcohol or witch hazel to remove
excess oils from the skin. If you have normal skin, use rubbing alcohol or peel prep solution. Let dry completely.

STEP 3: Applying the 1-4-All Peel. Moisten a cotton ball with the peel solution, just enough to dampen the cotton. Avoid  drips and DO NOT GET IN YOUR EYES. If any solution does get in your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with cool water. START WITH ONE THIN LAYER: Because each layer increases the peel strength and intensity, avoid swiping the solution over any parts of your skin more than once, which will increase the strength. Do not get too close to the eyes, and try to avoid applying  the solution to the corners or your nose and mouth, which are more sensitive.

STEP 4: If this is your first time using a peel: After 1 to 5 minutes, wash off the solution with mild soap and cool water. Dry gently, and moisturize your skin--and use sunscreen! You're done, honey! If this is NOT your first peel or you have tolerated the peel well in previous applications, you may wish to apply a second layer. Wait at least a full minute after applying the first layer, then apply the second thin layer right on top of the first, avoid swiping the solution over any part of your skin more than once, which creates yet another "layer." Wait at least a full minute to gauge your toleration before deciding about applying a third or fourth layer. Do not apply more than four layers! One minute after your final layer, wash with mild soap  and cool water, dry and moisturize--and use sunscreen!"

I am taking photos of my skin this week (I need my photographer i.e hubby to have a day off to do it) you can see firsthand how great this works.
