Dear Readers:
I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Amazon Studios. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and promotional item to thank me for participating.
I admit it. I am pretty picky when it comes to controlling which programming Ana watches. I make sure there is nothing too violent, scary or inappropiate in the content before approval. That is why I am excited to find adorable new shows like Tumble Leaf from Amazon Studios. It is the cutest children's series. Watch the first episode for free at the link below:
Cute, right?? We here at the Lee household have a new fave show!!!
I received a dvd with several episodes included , and Ana popped it into the dvd player and sat entranced while eating her afternoon snack. She asked me if she could watch more(she is usually allowed one hour per viewing session) and I told her she could watch 2. She loved it. When I asked her her favorite part about the she said :"The crab"and "the characters". And I agree. Both are adorable. And sweet. And there are great lessons in each episode. For instance, we talked about her current fear of the dark and how it wasn't scary (as dealt with in one of the first episodes) and how she has a flashlight on her night table in case she wakes up in the dark. And we talked about shadows, and how fun they were to chase. She loves her shadow. I love that she learns cute life lessons in a non threatening, educational way.
I would definitely recommend this adorable show to parents and toddlers to watch together and talk about the content. The characters are sweet, and cute and kind to each other. They are colorful and funny and made Ana giggle. She liked the learning place too!!
Here is the show breakdown:
Debuting Friday, May 23rd, each episode of Tumble Leaf follows Fig, a blue fox who lives in a shipwrecked schooner ship by the sea and his best friend “Stick,” a caterpillar who lives in a tiny basket strapped to Fig’s forearm, as they discover adventure, friendship, and love around every bend.
Really, the cutest! I loved Fig the most, and so did Ana. She was captivated with the episodes we were sent to watch.

Amazon Studios, which launched in 2010 as a new way to develop feature films and episodic series that are available for viewing on Amazon Prime Instant Video, is excited to debut its first original series for preschool-aged children, Tumble Leaf!
Tumble Leaf, like all of Amazon’s children’s programs, is designed to develop creative thinking in children through play. Children often learn life’s most valuable lessons from the television series they watch. From learning to count, to understanding the importance of friendship, these teachings prove crucial as children develop into young adults. With the release of this new series, Amazon Studios aims to inspire lifelong learners and provide skills key to personal and professional satisfaction as children grow up.
I really like the idea of Amazon Studios and the content. So Kudos to Amazon!!
