A vacation in St Augustine, Florida Part 1 #staugustine

Hello Dear Readers:
  We got back from St. Augustine, Florida this past Monday, and the following week was a big blur of unpacking, food shopping, craft making , class taking, a quick trip into NYC for a 40 before 40 experience and back to the gym and Revolt detox for Mama.   There are so many great stories from St. Augustine and our adventures there as a family, but I wanted to start by sharing our photos:

         Above:      All of these photos were taken with my iphone. Immediately upon arrival we had to inspect the beach!! My fave peaceful spot.

         Below:   Ana tries cotton candy for the first time. A healthy Revolt meal. BBQ! Ana is my sweet little love.

One Day D and I took a walk through the preserve near the house where we stayed. It was gorgeous and primordial. And I loved all of the beautiful signs. It was a gray day, but it was a lovely walk.
