Revolt Redux...take 3 ! Clean and Mean for the winter months #revoltnowfit

Hello Dear Readers:

 It is time for me to take stock of my hard work and keep better track of my food intake and exercise chart. So since I have this blog and am inspired to do so, you can follow along or join in. Or maybe just take some info away with you in inspiration.  I have been trying out clean recipes left and right. Trying new and fun exercise classes. And some of the 40 before 40 experiences will be fitness inspired. (Those start Feb 6th).  In the meantime, I have taken my measurements, tomorrow I will get on the scale and I have taken some more before photos in workout clothes and a bikini for this summer.

I am ready. Are you?  Great food. A cleanse to start with and then clean, delicious recipes. Good workouts (including a new class that I am taking tomorrow Sunday)and putting it all together for a healthy and happy 2014.
