Revolt Now FIT, Post Rebel Race and my 12 week update!!

Hello Dear Readers-

  I am so sorry I have been MIA, but there is good reason. I have been training for my first 5k Mud run the NY Rebel Race, going back to work and shooting my first post baby feature film, swimming and having lots of fun play dates with Ana, spending QT with my family and crafting for Ana's 3rd birthday party. That doesn't leave a lot of extra time to write but I promise that when the party is finished and I am done shooting in August, I will be back with lots of purdy posts. In the meantime, I would love to catch you up with my 12 week progress report for my first 12 weeks with Nichole Huntsman's REVOLT program: Here are my before and after measurements broken down:

My arms are tighter and stronger, as well as my legs. And although I still have a way to go, I am pleased with the progress so far.

I am in no means done and am going to continue for another 12 weeks for sure. I plan on eating this way for a good long time and working out 5-6 days a week is just how my life is going to be.  Stay healthy and enjoy your summer...Be back real soon!!!
