Dear Readers:
Here we go! I am so excited to join in on the June Revolt with Nichole Huntsman and continue good, clean eating and short hard workouts that burn fat, and build muscle. As you know for the past few weeks I have been Revolt-ing and getting my pre-summer body kicked back into shape in time for the pool, lakes, ocean etc. I am going to be brave and take some before photos in a bathing suit and depending how they come out will share them..or keep them to myself for some comparison photos. Anywho, this week is Week 1-Detox week and I am starting where I left off at the end of the summer last year, so I am ahead of the game as far as I am concerned. Here are my current stats and measurements :

I know I can do this. I would like to lose 10 more lbs this summer and gain more muscle in my arms. upper legs and flatten my tummy. I dont have to have a 6 pack , but I would like to look more muscular in general and less flabby. I know I can do it, I just know it...I just hope I can maintain. It is so much work to maintain. I think my body is pretty happy in the 140s and a size 8, but I would really like to wear my 4s again, so I am willing to work hard to make that happen.
