Well, Since I didnt get to post while in the city, I will post my food blog backwards from today, Friday.

Salad with a touch of honey mustard on the side

salad with Chicken , cranberries, avocado, and walnuts no dressing (1/2)

Dinner at Delicatessan NYC : Turkey Burger with salad on the side , pickle
water to drink

No drinks at girls night out, water instead of free alcohol!!

Today I had a personal training session , and Monday I start back with the boxing, had MOn and Thurs off this week, because my trainer was on vacation. Also, I am going to check out a new cycling place in NYC with Shelleen soon!

Back to 24/hr fitness on Sunday.
