Super Ana saves the Day with Everfan Capes!!

Check out this cute superheroine story we shot with Ana the other day. She loves her Everfan cape so much, we could not resist. Then, more info about this great company and a sponsor of the Spring Fling Giveaway starting on Monday! I was sent a cape to facilitate this review, I was not compensated for this post.

Poor little Ariel was kidnapped , tied to the tracks and unsuspecting Thomas was on track for a collision. Just then:

  Since going back to red hair a few months back, I was faced with the same old stresser I always have: How long will my color actually last? Considering I love Volumizing Shampoos and styling products, that answer has always been “not long”. I’ve been a fan of Enjoy Hair Care, but still I used their volumizing collection. I decided to try their Luxury Line and see what it could really do for my color treated hair!

The first thing that stood out to me, aside from how cute these bottles are, is the smell. These two products (like the rest of the Enjoy line) are pH balanced and Sulfate free making them more gentle than anything you might find in a salon yet they smell just as delicious as the stuff I’d pay a hairdresser for! This duo leaves my hair feeling clean, soft and overall cared for. I’ve dealt with a lot of hair problems in the past from oily scalp and dry ends to frizz and of course fast fading colors but these two wonder products helped me tame all of those worries.

Because these are pH balanced, each step is gentle on my hair. I get a clean without having my hair feel striped of natural oils and I get a conditioning without a heavy or greasy feel. It’s the perfect medium.

I tend to use too much heat on my hair on any given day. I blowdry AND flat iron and when you’re doing this daily and back to back of one another, truth is, it’s TERRIBLE on your hair. When I heard about the Enjoy Hair Care Straightener, I admit that I was REALLY skeptical. How could I get perfectly straight, silky hair from a bottle? But, you can! I applied the Straightener to my hair and only needed half the work. I used my blow dryer to get a silky smooth finish. I had to be sure not to use too much or this product can weigh down your hair. This product also helps to smooth away fly aways and lock in moisture throughout the day.

Revolt with Nichole Huntsman Week 3 Recap: great food, hard workouts and measurements! #revoltnowfit

Strawberries and Vanilla  Cream (recipe below)

Hello Dear Readers:

  Phew, it has been a long week and I am only just now sitting down to catch up with my Revolt progress. And....it is good news. All good news.  Although the scale did not move much (I still had a loss), my measurements changed a bunch, and that is what people will really see. I am so excited to share with you one of my fave recipes (so far ) from Revolt, so you can experience the yum of the plan.

   And...starting on Sunday or Monday, I will have my affiliate link that will lead to the new site, and more info about the plan. The launch is going to be so cool and exciting.

   I decided not to do any mid Revolt photos, as I think the big reveal at the end of the 12 weeks will be more enjoyable and you will be able to see the big difference better.  I do have a sneak peek of an upcoming review photo that I had so much fun shooting today with D. It is a pretty dress from Eshakti, and I designed it around my measurements (so cool).

  I am going to contact them once the review is live and see if they want to sponsor a giveaway during my spring fling too (which starts on Monday).  It is such a cute dress, and I did the photos today...it was a beautiful spring Hudson Valley Day.

   I feel stronger, can do more pushups and am sticking to the food plan to a T, so results will start to show soon!!  Remember I started at 150, my goal is 130. But I will be happy with a muscular 135.

  Want to see what I am eating to get there? And how about those exercises, I never talk about those. Well, they are fun and hard at the same time. You need a set of dumbells, ketel bells, a weight bench, bench or chair, and a big exercise ball.  I have all of the above, but have taken over the family room with all of that, lol.
Then the exercises change weekly and every day focus on a different area of the body. Upper body, lower, mostly cardio etc.  They are all exercises I have either done or seen before, which is really great and some of them are one that I want to get bigger and better at. (Including my plank and good old fashioned pushups). There will be a sample week of exercises on the Revolt site soon, cannot wait to share.

Now on to the yummies:

Strawberries and Vanilla Cream:

Ingredients:

 Ricotta Cheese, lowfat 1/2 cup
 Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp
 Strawberries 1/4 cup diced
 Stevia   to taste

mix ricotta, vanilla and stevia to taste. Dice strawberries and sprinkle on top. Delish I looove it.

the amount differs based on weight for most recipes but in this case it is all the same.

Easy Peasy and so yum.

And that is my third week recap.  Next week will be my fourth week, the food will change and I will be a little bit stronger. I cannot wait.  Have a great weekend,

From the moment we received our makeup set and put it onto Ana's new vanity set, she has been obsessed with the lip gloss and glitter. And I like that it doesn't make a mess. Even though it looks real, and the brushes are just smaller versions of my brushes the shadows and powder are felt-like fabric. Soft and real looking. It is such a treat to watch Ana pretend play. She loves all things girly, tutu, ballet, princess, fairy, superhero and NOW makeup!! I love it too. I have shades of teenager when she asks me which color eyeshadow she should wear, and likes to pick one out for me in my pallette. I wish I had had Little Cosmetics when I was a kid. I would have loved it too!
